the story
saudade: the word portuguese has and english doesn't. missing someone, or somewhere, in a way that is almost warm.
off-white ink on ardósia, written in our own hand.

oversized fit with a drop shoulder. size down for a closer fit.
every piece fits a little differently, so check the table for the one you want.

how to measure: length from where the shoulder seam meets the collar down to the hem. chest from armpit to armpit. shoulder from seam to seam. sleeve from the shoulder seam to the cuff. compare with a piece you already own.
fabric and care
what are they made of?
355 gsm fleece, 53% polyester, 42% cotton, 5% other fibres, snow washed.
how do i care for it?
machine wash at 30°c on a gentle cycle. no bleach. tumble dry low. iron on low, avoiding the print. do not dry clean.

delivery and returns
delivery
every piece is made to order, just for you, so it takes a little longer than usual. uk delivery is £4.95 per order, however many pieces you buy. it's usually with you in about 2 weeks. you'll get an email with tracking once it's on its way.
returns
changed your mind? let us know within 14 days of your order arriving, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. pieces need to be unworn and unwashed. return postage is yours to cover. email us at kevin@uselatency.com first and we'll send you the returns address. once it's back with us, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
because everything is made to order, we can't swap sizes. return it and order the size you need.

if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us at kevin@uselatency.com with your order number and a photo, as soon as you can. we'll replace it or refund you in full, postage included.
